There are several steps involved with using a power concrete trowel. The first step is to make sure that the trowel is in good working condition. Also be sure to make sure that your power concrete trowel has enough gas in it in order to finish the job. The next step, is to make sure that the concrete that you are working on is ready to have a power concrete trowel used on it. The concrete should be set to a stage where it is level, and that a person would not sink into it like it was a slurry. Once these steps have been taken, you may begin to use your power concrete trowel. A power concrete trowel is a device that is able to smooth out concrete in a way that is much faster than a person with a hand held trowel. You should hold it at about chest height, and let the trowel slowly swing at about a forty-five degree angle. This will allow you power concrete trowel to smooth out a large area. It is recommended that you walk backwards while use a trowel in order to allow the trowel to smooth out your footprints.
